This was our first home purchase and let me tell you, it was not an easy one. I will not get into the details, but this purchase proved to be a very challenging experience for everyone involved. It was a 6 MONTH process...and I firmly believe that it was possible because of Katie's drive, knowledge and overall passion for her business. Day in and day out Katie was there to answer text messages, emails and phone calls. If she didn't have an answer she found it within minutes! I will recommend her until the day she stops working. P.S.-The "Closing Cookies" are to die for!

Katie was very quick to respond to questions and promptly scheduled showings to make sure we moved things along as timely as possible. I really loved that she was very clear and easy to understand helping us navigate the home buying process, that is not always the case with brokers! Katie was very professional but we could tell she genuinely wanted us to find our family home within our means. We exceeded our expectations with the home we did end up buying with Katie's assistance, and we are still pinching ourselves!

Her efforts in finding me the perfect fit for a new home went above and beyond all expectations. From climbing thru crawl spaces to be sure they were dry to working with the bank and title company to assure an on time closing, her caring and concern for her clients and her professionalism are outstanding. I'd like to give her 10 stars. Trying to sell a house from a far is not an easy task but Katie made it seamless. She even came and helped clean out the house and made donations on our behalf. On top of the great service, she is super personable and knowledgeable. I wish I could keep her as a friend.

Aside from doing an excellent job listing the house at a competitive price with photos, including arial views, she also helped my mom pack up and remove unwanted belongings! She kept my brother and myself up to date at all times, and had suggestions for services involving the move. I can't speak highly enough about Katie.
